Gifts from Cremosas

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're trying on some of the wonderful group gifts from Cremosas store on their daily calendar for August. Each month they offer a new gift each day for their free group, much like an Advent calendar but we don't have to wait for the chilly festive month of December ;) I like to stop by towards the middle to end of the month when there are plenty of treats ready, and you could theoretically visit the last day of each month for a bounty of gifts that will all be ready to claim. Another fun fact is that there is an older gift from prior rounds included along with the new one, so if you missed out on previous years you have a new chance to grab those as well. They are mainly sized for Belleza (Freya, Isis, Venus), Maitreya, and Slink bodies, so if you are still rocking the more classic bodies then this is especially fortuitous :) Our color this month looks to be blue, so if you want to stock up on some sapphire hued freebies, you know where to go and what free group to join.

My first look of the evening is our Cremosas - A 1 gift, whose name indicates that it's the gift from day 1. The dress has a strong lingerie feeling with the corset boning and fishnet on the midriff, and laced openings on both sides front and back of the skirt. It fits Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, as do most of tonight's looks.

Day 3's gift is the flirty Cremosas - A 3 dress, and as you can tell I'm just randomly picking gifts to show off because they're all wonderful :) This sleeveless dress has daring openings down each side that are held in place by 3 sets of crossed straps, which is why I can't exactly call it strapless. The satin texture is a favorite of mine, showing little wrinkles and having an elegant sheen. Because of the sides I think we need a C-string for beneath, and I'm sure I have lots of those in my inventory. 

Time to get a little more revealing with the Cremosas - A 6 gift :) This one has a top and thong, each in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Our top has heart shaped openings in the front, and the thong is notched in its front for even more of a peekaboo feeling. With the strap around the neck like a choker, we don't even need to add jewelry, at least not a necklace :)

I'm really a fan of our Cremosas - A 9 gift, for its halter neckline, gathered bust causing a peekaboo midriff, and that fun diagonal hem! This sweet dress comes in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The shade of blue seems a bit more smoky yet a little lighter than other gifts this month, so there is a nice variety among not only the styles but the shades of blue they have selected.

For my final look of the evening, I couldn't resist our Cremosas - A 5 gown for a special evening out. The mermaid style full length dress is provided in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The way it hugs our curves is fantastic, and it makes sense for it to flare out around the calves so we can walk easier in it. This shade of blue seems to have a dusky tint of turquoise, very pretty!

It's been a wild couple of days, and I am a bit sleep deprived (again). The plans for my outing yesterday were changed a few times at the last minute, but it went fairly well overall. Then today happened, LOL, where I was awoken by a frantic housemate who insisted that we must leave the house for safety because of a tornado watch (or warning, I honestly forget which). I'm like but WAIT, the car is the most dangerous place to be...housemate was insistent, so I got dressed and very begrudgingly got in the car. It was anticlimactic, although when we returned home the power had gone out and it proceeded to go out twice more in a 5 minute span. Either the generator was having an issue, or the power came back just enough to tell the generator to turn off and then the power crapped out. Sound fun? It was barely stable by the time I was due to play games with my friends, but that went without a hitch so WHEW. Housemate has a head cold or something, and I've got a tiny bit of a sore throat, so I am not 100% sure yet about going to my parents' for dinner tomorrow but we'll see. My sore throat could be allergy related, as they've been bad this week. Maybe some rest will help :) I hope you're all having a lovely day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

More FLF Bday Bash

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's my pleasure to share some more group gifts from the FLF Bday Bash '26 event, free for all who have their FLF group tag active. Just about every display has a cool summery treat dispenser, a cup of shaved ice (we'd call it water ice in my neck of the woods) that you can click to receive your goodies. Over 100 designers are taking part, offering $50L bargains along with the gifts :) What are you waiting for? Hurry on over!

So I'm starting out with the ELEVEN - Elara Dress [FATPACK] gift, ideal for those times when you just want to hang out with friends or someone special and have fun :) The t-shirt dress and sweater wrapped around the hips are one mesh piece, in sizing for Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. There are 2 HUDs provided as well, with 16 solid colors for the top and 16 patterns for the sweater. You'll notice that both say "New York Est. 2015" on them, but it is fairly subtle on the lighter shirt colors. I love that there are lots of plaids to give us a grunge flashback, but still plenty of other patterns like florals too.

For a more upscale destination, be sure to grab the KLEIN"Lily"Dress gift to wear somewhere special. The color is hard to describe, a dusky grey-green almost dark khaki hue, and I think it will stand out nicely among the ubiquitous LBDs (little black dresses) you usually see on a night out. All of them will look great with the classic neutral LEROY - Rebeca Pants - White, the third of the 3 gifts I mentioned (and shared 2 of) in my first FLF post a few days ago. I showed the lilac version of these pants then, and I'm still in awe of how versatile this style is :) From behind it looks like classic work-friendly pants with those pale pinstripes, but the front view shows the sassy openings down each leg. My final look of the evening is the KILLJOY gift called Dreama Lux Dress, and is actually a fabulous duo of dresses. It's a good thing that I am mostly feeling better today, because I'll be going out for the afternoon tomorrow. That naturally means an evening off from blogging since I won't have time to prep photos and notes. I do need to prioritize RL occasionally, and I'm trying not to feel guilty about that :) We should have clear and sunny weather, not too hot, and I am glad to have an outing that isn't a medical visit like next week's dental visit. Delights from Diversify

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Diversify Event, which is open every month from the 15th to the 29th. They are described as a boutique shopping experience curated for the eclectic soul, and I can certainly see that :) They have gifts for their free group each round, and those are what I am delighted to show you some of this evening. I found some exceptional treats here, and with them I am enjoying the last full month of summer in style :)

My first look is a pairing of two gifts, starting with the Artistic Eye - Eye Roll Tank. The wording reads "Oh, I'm sorry...did my eye roll disturb your drama? Let me clutch my pearls GASP!" next to an image of a sassy woman who has clearly perfected the art of expressing herself with her eyes. The tank top comes in Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizes, layered in the front and mostly bare in the back other than the crossed straps. My cheery shorts are the Duet Quinn Shorts Canopy gift, with built in belt and vibrant leaves in plenty of fun hues as our pattern. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh bodies included in this treat. They have a button fly and front pockets, but a smooth rear with no pockets back there to distract from our natural curves :) 

I also wore the Duet shorts to share another duet of gifts ;) Sorry, puns and wordplay make me giggle! The top on the left above is our [LWD] Becca Crop Top Black - Logo gift from LiveWire Designs. Does anyone else automatically picture Sandy from Grease and her outfit from the ending scene with this bare shouldered style? :) It has the store's logo on the front, and is provided in Gen X Classic, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizing. Then on the right I changed into the REVOLUTION - Hazel Top (Good Vibes) gift, which does bring good vibes as advertised on the front with that retro design of happy mushrooms and flowers. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included in this treat. Both of these brands are offering men's gifts too, so be sure to tell your guy friends.

Next we see the lovely Violet Skies - Yara Retro Dress gift. It includes both the dress and a pair of panties (solid green) in Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. I really like the plunging neckline and the funky vintage pattern, reminds me of fireworks and something I saw in family photos from the 60s. Was it the wallpaper or a table? The word Sputnik also popped into my head, so I'm just sticking with vintage vibes :) 

Moonstar has a terrific gift for us too, their *V* Summer T-Shirt and Shorts. The sleeveless swing top and snug shorts are each provided in sizes for Erika, Erika Petite, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The image on the front of our shirt is bursting with tropical color, thanks to the flowers, butterflies, and macaw (one of the most gorgeous parrots in my opinion) with a sign that says "HELLO SUMMER". The butter yellow shirt goes so well with the hot pink shorts too, definitely made me smile.

My final look of the evening is a closeup view of another gift, the Frick-n-Frack Claw Nails Style #014. I just noticed that I am accidentally piercing my lip with a sharp stiletto thumbnail, LOL! These nails are easy to wear, just use your body's HUD to hide the built in nails and add these in Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, or Reborn sizes. Each nail pairing (both pinkies, both index fingers, etc.) has a different design, lots of black with gold and silver abounding :) I will absolutely be enjoying these in October too, with some of my spookier wardrobe pieces.

Whew, it's been a busy evening! I am still a little dizzy from yesterday's attempt to switch to my new glasses, but it is getting better. Support group meeting went really well, and I am grateful to have people I can feel comfortable with to talk about our anxiety. FLF Bday Bash

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm excited about the FLF Bday Bash '26, which is short for the Fifty Linden Fridays sales event and their birthday bash. I enjoyed it very much last year too, so of course when I found out about this round I was a very eager magpie :) For lots of events with group gifts you'd be looking for traditionally styled giftboxes, but here at FLF the gift holders are cups of rainbow shaved ice like a snowcone but in cup form. Click each one with the FLF group tag active, and it's free to join so all these goodies are yours at no cost whatsoever. Of course we have plenty of $50L offers to partake in too, for the fifty linden part of the name :) Sales and gifts, who can resist? Obviously I couldn't, and I'm glad we have until the 4th of September to visit as many times as needed to check out all 100+ designers.

I'm starting out the post with the very sexy Casadel "Lily" Mini Dress Purple gift. The lavender shade is stunning, and I'm captivated by the daring openings and loosely laced skirt slit. There are sizes for Classic, Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies, along with a 12 color HUD for the ropes. This brand has a style that is sure to turn heads, and this gift is no exception :)

I suspect that -Pixicat- is celebrating Summerween with their Ema Kimono (Bats) gift :) Either that or it's just a nod to Halloween a tiny bit early, and I expect lots of you will find that appealing. The modern styled kimono has a wide pleated belt and short skirt, while the top is even more faithful to the traditional garment. Our gift includes Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu sizing, as well as a HUD with 27 colors each for the collar and belt. I appreciate the combination of classic and contemporary :)

I've combined two wonderful gifts here, so let's start from the top. That would be our [WAZ] Contour Rib Lounge Shirt (250 Stars) gift from Wazzer Works. It is a default solid white before you use the HUD, still wearable but I personally prefer the knit texture. Sorry, I got a little hungry for my final look of the evening, but I promise not to type with my mouth full ;) The *>Kiu<* - Party Cookies_FLF Gift Amoeba is very tasty looking, decorated with white icing dotted with various colors to make it bright and eye-catching. Mouthies are such playful additions to any sort of outfit, so I simply couldn't resist sharing.

I'm having a rough night because I tried my new glasses for a while, and they had the same effects of severe dizziness and nausea. I put them on about 6:30 tonight and threw in the towel about 8, so I wore them about the same length of time as the first pair with very similar results. My stomach might never forgive me at this rate, heh, but once I feel better I will try to figure out what on earth to do next. Paparazzi Goodies

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post will have you looking for cameras, which appear on the Paparazzi group sign which is nearby each of the gifts I'm sharing. This is a wonderful multi-designer group, currently free to join, and brings together lots of brands with notices about their new releases, special sales, and more. They can also offer a gift for the group if they wish, and that's what you will be seeing in this post :) You might want to take pictures too, just not skulking in the bushes like the RL paps ;) I do have a Lady Gaga earworm as a result of course, but just about every song I think about gets stuck in my head eventually so that will change many times before I wrap things up.

First up, we see the lovely Ozana Set by BlackbirdLace. The monochromatic print of the top has an elegant feeling with edgy twist, and the belted skirt is a breezy choice for any time of year.

Fatal Fashion has a fun and casual treat for us called ::FF:: Top & Pants Melliny. The knotted t-shirt says SEXY on the front in graffiti style lettering, and the jeans have a snug fit with lots of bright golden zipper detailing. These pieces will both fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. I think the warm color of the shirt feels autumnal, and I always look for new casual sets to wear when the weather cools off. 

This flirtatious look is our DM ~ Alissia Set Gift from DM Design. I do appreciate the fun animal print for a wild weekend, and the sheer striped ruffles are a wonderful touch!

Next I've changed into the eye-catching {Le'La} Leo Bodysuit Set Gift. That sapphire blue color is gorgeous, isn't it? I love the silver chains attached and draping in the front and both sides. Please remember that I'm wearing nipple covers, so the sheer sections of the bust might be a bit more revealing than my image might show. 

For my final look of the night I've added a stunning gift from LUMINESSE jewelry. Their LUM-Abundant Love Aqua Pendant reminds me of peacock feathers somehow (and yes, that is a good thing) with amethysts dotting the aqua hearts so beautifully. The necklace is adjustable and has a resize script built in, so just give it a click to change the size and right click - edit to move the positioning. I nudged it down and rotated it a little but kept the size the same for this photo, and I think it suits my shape well :) There are so many styles of shirt or dress that we can wear this necklace with, I'm excited to add it to my virtual jewelry box.

Yesterday was a busy but decent day, and my appointment went smoothly so all is well. The extra stops after were annoying but necessary, which is a huge part of adulting lately anyway ;) I could really tell how bad my vision is getting from the cataracts while in the car (as a passenger only) yesterday and today, so I really do need to get all that moving along. Sunflower Hunting

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are going hunting, primarily the Malus Park Sunflower Hunt. That sends us searching for pretty yellow sunflowers which are each $5L or less, so there are bargains galore at each stop on the hunt path :) For a bit of variety I am also sharing a CMH Kawaii Summer hunt prize from one of the sunflower hunt stops (Ari-Pari ♥) who were not ready yet when I first blogged selections from that hunt but are good to go now. We all know that RL can become very complex and interfere with time in SL, so I am very understanding and just glad to see that the designer was able to participate after all. It's very exciting to share these budget-friendly beauties with all of you :)

@rOrO is offering their beautiful Khloe Blouse Sunflowers as a $2L prize, and I simply adore it :) The pattern of course matches the theme perfectly, and the style is intriguing with the full long sleeves and deep plunging back. Next we head to Psyche's Pstyles, where the spectacular Sunset Sunflowers Dress can be yours for just $1L :) The colors will lead you into autumn with ease, and the pleated style gives the dress an appearance of movement. There are Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes included. I used to automatically think dress = formal, but this is more of an everyday yet special look. 

For my final look of the evening, I switched back over to the [Ari-Pari] Amikka Outfit from photo #3 so I could crouch down and show you my new footwear. That would be our Adore Amore Emi Okobo Sunflowers, a sweet score for just $1L. These gorgeous Japanese sandals are tied across the top of the foot with intricate knots, and are worn in a tiptoe pose with a tall wooden base. Naturally this pair is decorated with gorgeous sunflowers to match our hunt theme :) You might need to raise your avatar's hover height so these beauties aren't sunken into the ground. 

Tomorrow I'm taking the evening off from blogging because of a busy RL day (podiatrist visit, etc.) but will be back Friday with more goodies :) My anxiety is having a field day right now, just from knowing I'll be in a car for a while I guess. Addicted to Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I hopped around the grid to find gifts for the *Addicted to offers and gifts* group, which is currently free to join. These multi-designer groups are a fantastic source of info, as the designers can send notices about their new releases and special sales as well as offering treats for the group's members in their stores. I'm happy that there are so many for us to enjoy :)

Our first stop is Andare, to pick up their lovely Robin Dress FATPACK gift. It feels very summery with the bare arms, floral pattern, and intriguing hemline that shows off plenty of leg :) There are sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Signature Alice, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included. We also receive a HUD with 11 colors apiece for the top, straps, belt, and skirt, so we can mix and match to our heart's content. Note - this gift was next to a 30L$ 30M sign rather than the group's sign, a fact I discovered by area searching for the group name :) 

Speaking of beautiful floral designs, the [K-Style] KARINA DRESS #17 group gift is a bodycon strapless dress that is blooming with pink roses and soft greenery on the fabric. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, and I think it will be easy to dress up or down depending on the accessories you choose. 

The next step after wet t-shirts must be wet tank tops, right? Our Tchelo's gift is their T TOP Wet'n wild, and it certainly lives up to the name :) There are sizes for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Signature, Hourglass, Physique, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. Also included are a BOM layer of water drops that appear on the upper chest, and a HUD with 8 textures including the white wet one on the left above. The others, even another white one, are solid colors. It's worth noting that I am wearing nipple covers that came with my skin, otherwise I think they would be fairly visible through the wet looking fabric.

Melody is a wonderful store whose owner seems to be the creator of this group, and so it makes sense that they are offering not just one but two generous treats for the members. This is the Sarabi// FATPACK gift, with top and skirt in sizes for Classic, Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn each, plus a HUD that lets us choose from 26 colors each for the top, top ruffle, and skirt. I love the versatility of lace like this flirty ruffle, really bringing something special to our look.

My final look this evening is their other treat called Melody Camela Gift Melody Christmas 23-24, and despite the name I think it is appropriate to wear any day of the year :) This sexy dress comes in sizing for Classic, Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD which offers 20 colors apiece for the top, strap, skirt, and clasps, plus 3 metals. The daring side opening makes me think that a c-string (maybe one from last night's post!) would come in very handy here :)
